2024 Leon Royce Scholar: Olivia MacLeay

Olivia MacLeay, daughter of Sara Nowlan ’00, is the Leon Royce Scholar 2024.  She was a Class Officer and soccer team Captain at WHS, where her soccer skill led to her earning the place kicker position for the Varsity Football team.  She’s still playing soccer, at Plymouth State, where she is President of the Class of ’28 and on the President’s List academically.  She’s a Criminal Justice major with a minor in pre-law.  Her current favorite course, “The Individual and the Law,” focuses on interpretation of law on both the individual and collective level.  She is the definition of scholar-athlete!
