2024 Scholarship Winner: Madison Lawyer

AWARD: $3,000

Madison Lawyer, daughter of Travis and Destiny (Gray) Lawyer, both ‘96s, was chosen for the Memorial Scholarship, now called the John and Connie Barth Scholarship.  At WHS, she served in student government and, off campus, ran the Haunted Trail at Ascutney Outdoors.  She is currently a student in the Honors Program at Keene State College, majoring in English and Education, minoring in theater, where her grades have earned her the distinction of the President’s List.  She regularly travels home to substitute teach, often at the Albert Bridge School in Brownsville.
